Actress Kang Seo Ha (Kang Ye Won) passed away this morning after battling cancer.
On July 14, it was officially confirmed that Kang Seo Ha passed away this morning after battling stomach cancer. An acquaintance also posted a tribute on the actress's Instagram account, sharing how selfless Kang Seo Ha was despite what she had been going through. The acquaintance also described the actress as an angel and relayed the message that Kang Seo Ha may find happiness and be free from pain in her current resting place.

Kang Seo Ha's mortuary was set up in Room 8 of the funeral hall at Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital. The funeral procession will be on July 16 at 7:40 a.m. Her final resting place will be at her family's burial site located in Haman, Gyeongnam Province.
Kang Seo Ha passed away at the age of 31.
Kang Seo Ha was born in 1994. She finished her studies at the Korea National University of Arts’ School. She started her career in the industry in 2012 after appearing in the music video of Brave Guys' track Farther Away.
She is best known for being part of the K-dramas Seonam Girls High School Investigators (led by Jin Ji Hee, Kang Min Ah, and Lee Hye Ri), Assembly (led by Jung Jae Young and Song Yoon Ah), First Love Again (led by Myung Se Bin and Kim Seung Soo, Heart Surgeons (led by Go Soo, Uhm Ki Joon, and Seo Ji Hye), and more.

Kang Seo Ha's last project was the upcoming K-drama In the Net. The TVING K-drama will be led by Kim Seon Ho, Park Gyu Young, Lee Hong Nae, and Lee So E. It will have a total of 6 episodes and will premiere soon. There are no details about the character that Kang Seo Ha portrayed in the series.
